For Fabrics:
We do not offer refunds on any fabrics at this time. A refund request due to buyer regret, difference in monitor coloring vs real life (every computer monitor varies) or misunderstanding of fabric types will not be granted. Any incorrect information listed in a fabric description will be the only exception and refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Flaws less than the size of a quarter are normal and the item cost will not be refunded. Any markings along the selvage can be considered normal and are not a flaw. Anything over quarter-sized can be addressed by emailing us directly.

We are not perfect and it is always possible a flaw was missed during packaging. As long as we have the fabric to replace it, we will!
